Release technique – flowing, coordination of movement, its inertia, exploring different levels, low, medium, high
During the class, we will be exploring the principles of Contemporary Release dance technique, through floor work, flow, and coordination – in the search for individual quality. We will also study the relationship to the body, its inertia, and space through building up sequences.
The class is for those with movement experience but everyone is welcome to join and learn as much as they feel they want to.
