Go deeper into your yoga practice and yourself with beautiful yoga practices
Go deeper into your yoga practice and yourself with beautiful yoga practices including postures, mantra, breath work and meditation on this lovely retreat, at Newbold House, Forres. We will take the opportunity to reflect and gain clarity on aspects of ourselves and our lives that we hope to grow and those we prefer to release. The retreat will be a step out of normal life to focus on inner rest, reflection, rejuvenation, and on deepening and integrating practices to support us on our return to ‘normal life’. We will hold a wider space of joy, peace and love as a framework for our explorations and practices.
There are residential and non-residential options, arriving on the Friday evening until the Sunday evening. Meals and teas are included. Full residential: £310; Non-residential: £275
