Join us for a beautiful, blissful, rejuvenating weekend of yoga at Newbold House, Forres. With both dynamic and restorative yoga practices, mantra, pranayama breathwork, meditation and sound baths, this lovely retreat will be a great opportunity to focus on rest, reflection and rejuvenation. The venue, teachers and practices hold a joyful, peaceful and compassionate space that allow us to step out of normal life and go deeper into our yoga practices – from this more spacious place we can gain clarity on where we are with ourselves and our lives – what to let go of, what to nurture and focus on -so we can relax and return to ‘normal life’ from a fresher place.
There are residential and non-residential options, arriving on the Friday evening until the Sunday evening. Meals and teas are included for the full residential option, non-residential attendees can arrange to stay for meals paying Newbold directly for each meal.

Rebecca and Allan are both very enthusiastic about yoga and sharing its incredible transformative, blissful power. Though passionate about yoga, their approach to teaching is good-humoured, open, accepting and anything but dogmatic.
Allan and Rebecca are both registered yoga teachers. Rebecca is also a yoga therapist and culinary nutritionist, and co-Director at the Love Yoga studio in Aberdeen.
