An opportunity to journey away from one’s daily responsibilities and preoccupations, this retreat is created with the intention of leaving you with a sense of deep rest and release, replenishment, and a warm-hearted connection to your essential, peaceful, nature.
You will be guided through a combination of gentle yoga practices (yin, restorative, and gentle Hatha) meditation, and breath work. There will be time for silence, dialogue, solitude, and community in the lovely surroundings of Newbold House.
Please plan to arrive by 3:00 on Thursday, 31 May to settle in. The retreat begins with a gentle grounding yoga practice at 4:00 and ends on Sunday after lunch at 1:15. A full schedule will be sent as the retreat nears.

A BIT ABOUT ADELAIDE
Adelaide has been practicing and studying yoga and mindfulness meditation for over 20 years. She was trained by the wise and lovely, Esther Ekhart, and has been teaching since 2014 as a way to share the love of what she continues to learn through her practice.
Her gentle and creative teaching style allows students to explore the connections of body, mind, and spirit with a sense of heartfelt openness and intuitive curiosity.
She is also a multi-media artist.
