About Teresa and Cheryl

Teresa Syed. Spiritual name Harpurkh Kaur is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and traditional acupuncturist as well as a soon to be D.A.R.E. therapist (a radical new approach that emotional healing).

She is impassioned about uplifting and elevating others through these sacred technologies. Through her yoga teaching and practice as well as her other work she aspires to“…to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.”

Teresa has a particular love for sacred chant (kirtan music) as part of the Kundalini Yoga tradition. She has observed how the music creates an atmosphere for deeper healing and connection.

Through her Kundalini Yoga practise Teresa has seen her creative impetus heightened. From time to time she runs combined yoga and creative workshops for you to explore or rediscover your own gifts.

Teresa is keen for people from all walks of life to come along to experience this amazing yoga practice. It is for everyone of any background (and no you don’t have to have done yoga before!). She extends
